We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help Wrapbook scale and grow in one of our core product areas! The company & project onboarding team works to provide our customers with an intuitive, compliant, and seamless production company onboarding and project management experience. This person must have hands-on experience leading a technical product at a software company with proven success in breaking down and solving complex problems.
Independently define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company & project onboarding team’s ownership areas.
Identify long term inflection points that are the highest points of leverage for the company, and take it from concept to launch.
Lead projects for multiple related areas with high complexity that include cross-team dependencies and architectural requirements.
Work with leadership to influence, prioritize, and deliver value to customers.
Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers.
Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems.
8+ years of technical product management experience.
Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional (product, design, engineering, ops, etc.) stakeholders and teams to define and implement requirements.
Have the highest integrity when working with sensitive data.
Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization.
Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas.
Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate.
Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion.
Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry.
