The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group powers the global EA ecosystem, providing foundational platforms like Cloud, Commerce, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity, and Social. We create reusable capabilities that enable game teams to focus on making great games and building meaningful player relationships.

As product lead for Arrival, a proprietary content delivery tool, you will manage a suite of services for content delivery and player lifecycle management, making it accessible for creatives and scalable across EA.

Responsibilities
  • Define a live services toolkit strategy to enhance developer experience, balancing customer needs and internal requirements.
  • Influence product teams to create streamlined workflows, promote best practices, and ensure ease of use.
  • Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Set and align on clear objectives and key results (OKRs) across stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective decision-making through cross-team collaboration.
  • Use metrics and feedback to guide continuous improvement of the toolkit.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in product/program management or software development, with at least 5+ years in product management.
  • 2+ years working with game developer or producer-facing products, demonstrating innovation in game tech.
  • Experience in defining product specifications that deliver customer value and understanding technical aspects.
  • Experience with game mechanics, monetization strategies, and AI integration.
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise solutions, including roadmaps and product launches.
  • Understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud tech, and developer platforms.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams and cross-functional leadership.
