A leading semiconductor foundry in Alberta is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the wafer fabrication industry. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring junior engineers. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

About the Role
As a Principal Engineer, you will be a key technical leader in either the CMP or Diffusion Module, responsible for developing and optimizing semiconductor fabrication processes. You will drive continuous improvement, solve complex, non-recurring technical challenges, and provide mentorship to a team of engineers.
