Worley is seeking Principal / Lead Structural Engineer for our Kincardine or Markham, ON locations with extensive experience in theOntario nuclear industry, including OPG and/or Bruce Powerprojects. You will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality design packages while maintaining Worley’s standards for safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Purpose:
Works independently at an advanced level completing a wide variety of assignments through the application of advanced engineering theories and able to do regular visits to client sites, techniques, and practices. Has substantial knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, regulations, and industry standard practices for the control, development, and application of deliverables. Capable to provide discipline supervision for one larger or one or more smaller projects.
Technical and Industry Experience:
Lead level of relevant structural discipline experience with an previous experience working on nuclear projects is required,
Strong background in discipline work and a competent understanding of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices.
Skilled in estimating project costs and lead team of engineers and designers.
Other discipline specific job knowledge will include.
Job Specific Knowledge / Experience (Desirable)
Experience working in project leadership. Specialized expertise in regulations, codes for the nuclear regulation and standards, and industry standard practices. Specific knowledge on the National Building codes is essential.
