  4. Train FAEs and customers/partners on Tenstorrent products and handle in-depth hands-on engagement with customers on complex engineering projects for large-scale data center deployments.
  5. Document the product design specifications, and prepare reference design documents to enable rapid adoption of Tenstorrent’s chipset into OEM server solutions.
  6. Review customers’ solution and design, support customer design boards bring-up, diagnose problems and seek to resolve technical issues.
  7. Manage assigned customer issues and quickly determine technical details of the issue to provide timely direction and support to the working team.
  8. Craft presentations covering top design issues, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions and align with FAEs to support issue closure.

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. BS, MS, or equivalent. Strong academic background in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.
  2. Computing system knowledge with expertise in Python and Linux.
  3. 5+ years of work-related experience in high-speed signal, system build, network or CPU/GPU.
  4. Familiar with hardware development tools, scope and testing of signal integrity.
  5. System design experience working with OEM, ODM or application engineering on enterprise servers or switches.
  6. Experience working at data centers on system, rack and cluster level products is highly preferred.
  7. Excellent communication and planning skills, while being self-motivated with a focus on execution and quality.
  8. Highly collaborative and able to lead and work within cross-functional teams.
