Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in structural geology, geophysics, petrology, and sedimentology.
• Proven experience with geological modeling software (e.g., Petrel, Leapfrog, ArcGIS) and geophysical interpretation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex geological data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience mentoring junior staff.
• Experience in managing large-scale exploration projects and budgets.
• Ability to conduct extensive fieldwork in potentially remote locations.
