Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting a Principal Electrical Engineer to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance. You will provide technical direction and design support across electrical schemes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and standards.

You will coach junior engineers, review deliverables, liaise with project teams, and drive sustainable, low-carbon design solutions while supporting offsite construction initiatives.

Competenze

• Engineering degree and Chartered status or working towards.
• Experience with water-sector assets and capital projects.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, standards and codes.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring and coaching of junior engineers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Mansioni

• Provide engineering technical direction for electrical discipline engineers.
• Design support for schemes; ensure designs meet legislation and standards.
