Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance. You will provide engineering direction across water treatment and supply projects, mentor junior engineers and drive sustainable, low-carbon design approaches.

Ideally you hold a degree in engineering (chartered preferred) with experience in water-sector assets and capital projects, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions on time and to budget.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent; chartered status preferred.
• Experience in water-sector assets and capital projects.
• Proven mentoring and coaching of junior engineers.
• Chartered status or working towards chartered status.

Aufgaben

• Provide engineering technical direction to discipline engineers in water treatment and supply projects.
• Review design deliverables to ensure compliance, quality and adherence to standards.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers within the alliance.
• Drive sustainable and low-carbon designs across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions on time and budget.
