Responsibilities

• Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover opportunities
• Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components
• Develop strategies to remove business, technical, and political roadblocks
• Mentor and coach clients and team members in best practices
• Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery, and solution quality
• Ensure strategies are actionable and well-documented for smooth handover
• Build and sustain customer relationships with account managers
• Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to define and prioritize needs
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design
• Support business development with proposals and pitches
• Create and present proposals to leadership
• Own and lead presale activities in the Insurance vertical

Minimum Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Data, Cloud, and Technology domains (10+ years)
• Proven experience in delivery, consulting, or presales roles (5+ years)
• Strong understanding of the Insurance industry & experience with Insurance clients
• Solid knowledge of Data, Cloud, and Technology trends
• Familiarity with ISV tools such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, Majesco, EIS, Insurity, UNQORK, Fadata, and Pega
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and end-users
• Ability to facilitate strategy discussions and influence solution design
• Hands-on experience managing customer expectations and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Skill in converting presales opportunities into customer engagements
• Experience managing medium to large-scale software/technology initiatives
