Their involvement in ongoing account management is essential to sustaining long-term client success.

Principal Architects may also take on leadership responsibilities, dedicating approximately 10% of their time to mentoring, supporting, and developing a team of architects and engineers as people managers.

  • Participate in the sales process, typically in pre-sales or similar capacity.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Presales Architects to scope and support statements of work and account management.

While primarily focused on technical and consulting delivery, the Principal Data Architect may also act as a people manager for a team of Architects and Engineers, involving regular one-on-one meetings, professional development, and performance reviews.
