Responsibilities
- Lead high-complexity transformations for major customers, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and organizational priorities
- Identify professional services pipeline opportunities and provide pre-sales support as needed
- Collaborate with Impact team members to create executive-ready narratives based on customer insights
- Shape customer organizational strategy by identifying trends and aligning delivery approaches with market demands
- Establish relationships with ServiceNow leaders and mentor Customer Success resources on transformation best practices
Qualifications
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and reside in Ottawa or nearby area
- Canadian Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum of 15 years in client-facing roles focused on account management, consulting, or transformation leadership
- Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders to translate corporate strategy into ServiceNow technology applications
- Project management experience required; PMP preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes in executive-level roles
- Experience in critical subject areas such as IT Strategy, IT Operations, and Project Management
