  • Identify professional services pipeline opportunities and provide pre-sales support as needed
  • Collaborate with Impact team members to create executive-ready narratives based on customer insights
  • Shape customer organizational strategy by identifying trends and aligning delivery approaches with market demands
  • Establish relationships with ServiceNow leaders and mentor Customer Success resources on transformation best practices
Qualifications
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and reside in Ottawa or nearby area
  • Canadian Secret Security Clearance
  • Minimum of 15 years in client-facing roles focused on account management, consulting, or transformation leadership
  • Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders to translate corporate strategy into ServiceNow technology applications
  • Project management experience required; PMP preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes in executive-level roles
  • Experience in critical subject areas such as IT Strategy, IT Operations, and Project Management
