Overview

Our SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food and AgriBusiness industries, utilizing tailor-made SAP applications and advanced technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA, SAP Intelligent Agriculture, and SAP Contract Management.

Our consultants collaborate with global industry leaders to address business challenges, improve processes, enable innovation, maximize profitability, enhance sustainability, modernize systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

We work in global, multi-disciplinary scrum teams combining business process expertise with development skills, analytics, and cloud technologies. We seek open-minded individuals passionate about technology and excellence to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive solution design for our customers, ensuring integration across supply chain and other processes for a future-proof digital environment.
• Utilize industry expertise and execution mastery to help clients achieve their goals.
• Define and document key design decisions based on engagement objectives.
• Guide project implementation from a functional, architectural, and technical perspective.
• Collaborate with consulting and development teams to convert requirements into solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and promote optimal use of SAP Intelligent Enterprise platform.
• Design integration and end-to-end scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Organizational Sciences, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with SAP technologies, including logistics, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management, and sales.
• Minimum 3 years as SAP Solution Architect or similar role.
• At least 2 full SAP ERP project management cycles.
• Experience leading diverse international SAP teams.
• Proven expertise with SAP cloud offerings and on-premises integration.
• Strong understanding of ACTIVATE methodologies, legacy systems, and S/4HANA migrations.
• Architecture skills in complex, multi-component, service-oriented architectures (on-premise and cloud).
• Experience with agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proactive, independent, and current with technological trends.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
