The Role

We believe this isn’t just a consultancy gig—it’s a mission. You'll be the go-to expert helping our clients succeed with Annapurna Resource, our disruptive modeling technology. Whether it's mapping current workflows, implementing automation, training users, or executing technically challenging modeling jobs, you’ll be at the core of our clients’ success.

You’ll collaborate closely with forward-thinking geoscientists, mining engineers, and analysts from around the world. The work is varied, high-impact, and always challenging.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy Annapurna Resource for a variety of global mining clients
• Train teams on how to use and maximize value from our platform
• Map and optimize modeling workflows, introducing automation wherever possible
• Deliver high-complexity resource modeling work, pushing boundaries with our cloud-based platform.
• Collaborate across time zones, primarily aligned with EST hours
• Ensure client success, translating complex needs into meaningful outcomes
• Work with the CTO to prototype and test cutting-edge applications combining advanced geostats and AI/ML models for resource modeling.

• Clients achieve measurable, actionable and tangible improvements in the efficiency and accuracy of their resource models. This is our cornerstone.

What You Bring

• Minimum 7 years of proven hands-on experience in resource modeling.
• Deep experience in resource modeling
• Excellent consulting and client communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical engagements
• Comfort operating remotely and asynchronously with global teams
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish is a strong asset
• A passion for innovation and meaningful work that transforms industries
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
