Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities by researching market trends, understanding client needs, and positioning the firm’s services to meet emerging demand
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with target industry sectors, driving consistent revenue growth and expanding the firm’s client base
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives at client organizations to influence strategic decisions and long-term engagements
  • Serve as a key advisor to client leadership teams by providing insight-driven, practical solutions that address their business challenges and strategic goals
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors to inform project strategy, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation in client organizations
  • Analyze industry-specific data and trends to develop customized consulting approaches tailored to the unique dynamics of retail and CPG clients
  • Create and launch innovative service offerings and recurring product-based solutions by synthesizing market research, client input, and emerging technologies
  • Ensure that new services are both competitive and responsive to current industry challenges, positioning the firm as a forward-thinking leader
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and implement the firm’s long-term strategic roadmap, including market expansion, investment planning, and internal growth initiatives
  • Contribute to key decisions about the firm’s competitive positioning and capabilities to ensure continued relevance and sustainability in the consulting market
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, forums, and in publications to enhance visibility and credibility among potential clients and peers
  • Develop thought leadership materials—white papers, articles, and presentations—that demonstrate subject matter expertise and elevate the firm’s profile
  • Identify and negotiate strategic alliances with complementary service providers, technology vendors, and data platforms to enhance solution offerings and accelerate market access
  • Build an ecosystem of partnerships that strengthen the firm’s competitive advantage and broaden its value proposition to clients
  • Lead the development of tailored client proposals and formal RFP responses, ensuring compelling solution design, competitive pricing, and professional delivery
  • Manage all phases of proposal development, including collaborating with internal teams and presenting to client decision-makers
  • Design and facilitate strategic workshops for clients that focus on long-term planning, capability assessments, and solution roadmaps
  • Use structured facilitation techniques to align stakeholders, generate actionable insights, and establish clear paths forward
  • Oversee major consulting engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring project quality, client satisfaction, and strategic alignment
  • Provide executive-level governance and support to consulting teams, addressing risks, resolving challenges, and reinforcing delivery excellence
  • Lead the creation and enhancement of internal tools, frameworks, and training programs that strengthen consulting capabilities and knowledge sharing
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Manage the full sales pipeline lifecycle—including lead generation, qualification, pursuit, and closure—across multiple accounts and sectors
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales analytics to inform business planning, resource allocation, and leadership decision-making
Required Skills
  • 10 years’ experience in a management leadership role in the supply chain industry.
  • Experience managing a complex sales pipeline, including forecasting, performance tracking, and aligning sales strategies with firm objectives.
  • Track record of developing consulting methodologies, tools, and internal training programs, as well as mentoring and developing junior talent.
  • Proven ability to oversee large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with strategic goals.
Required Education
  • A minimum of Master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
