To work as a Principal Consultant (Associate Director) within the T&T delivery team leading a variety of Asset Management business transformation projects covering consultancy, training and Asset Management assessments for physical asset intensive organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
  • Working with multi-disciplinary teams and leading the delivery of consultancy projects.
  • Lead and manage complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
  • Design and deliver Asset Management systems, policies, strategies, and performance frameworks.
  • Guide the development of organizational design and change management strategies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and benefits realization.
  • Contribute to business architecture, asset information governance, and IT/technology strategy.
  • Provide advice on asset management standards and maturity frameworks (e.g., ISO 55001, GFMAM).
  • Lead proposal development, commercial arrangements, and project financial tracking.
  • Assure quality of final deliverables and conduct project reviews with clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in asset management or operations transformation.
  • Recognized university degree.
  • Professional qualifications from the IAM/SMRP and/or chartered status from a relevant professional body.
  • Strong background in management system design, organizational design, and change management.
  • Experience working with ISO 55001 and understanding of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose).
  • This role requires travel across Canada, one or twice per month.
