Job description

Infosys is seeking a talented Gen AI Product Owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of API tools. Ability to work collaboratively and support testing and development teams.
• Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies, with experience in requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence for documenting and tracking requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada), or willing to relocate. Willingness to travel to project sites is expected.
• Applicants authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visas are welcome. Note: Infosys cannot sponsor immigration for this role at this time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing organizational processes and systems, assessing business models, and integrating technology solutions.

Additional Skills

• Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, and Agent Assist; bonus if experienced with Voice bots.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, analytical, data-driven, and focused on enhancing customer experience and delivering value.

Ability to coordinate across functions and collaborate effectively with different teams.
