Assetara is seeking a Principal, Business Operations for xStocks to identify growth opportunities, remove operational constraints, and strengthen the business at the intersection of product, commerce, operations, and market development.

The role requires a strong generalist with strategy or consulting background to take ownership of complex initiatives, coordinate across functions, and drive scalable, high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or related analytical and management roles.
• Experience in top-tier consulting (MBB or comparable) is a strong advantage.
• Strong generalist mindset with ability to operate at strategy, finance, product, and operations intersections.
• Practical experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as de facto co-owner of the xStocks and Equities division; help develop strategy, market positioning, GTM, and lead cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution.
• Identify growth opportunities, remove bottlenecks, strengthen operational rhythm, and drive faster, higher-quality execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders and coordinate work across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.

We are looking for a Principal, Business Operations, xStocks, who will help develop one of Assetara's most strategically important areas, identifying growth opportunities, removing operational constraints, and strengthening the business at the intersection of product, commerce, operations, and market development. We need a strong generalist with experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting who can take on a high degree of responsibility, work in conditions of uncertainty, and turn complex tasks into structured and actionable solutions.
