We are looking for a dynamic leader who is as passionate as we are with helping Canadians succeed with credit. The Third‑Party Management Team provides third party services utilizing integral governance practices to support Capital One’s strategic objectives.
As a Principal Associate, reporting to the Manager, Third Party Management, you are a first line execution leader who partners with business customers and stakeholders and management to ensure you and your team provide the best leverage to Capital One in the third party space while mitigating associated third party risks. This will include adherence to Capital One’s Third‑Party Risk Management policies and relevant regulatory requirements. In addition, you have deep expertise and market knowledge within various categories to support our technology‑focused business to ensure that our third‑party arrangements provide Capital One with a competitive advantage through optimum pricing structures, strong negotiation skills and rationalization.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $108,900 to $124,300.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
