Job description

The Insurance Supervision Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Toronto office as a Principal Analyst.

The Principal Analyst will analyze and assess the risk profile and risk management practices of federally regulated property and casualty insurance financial institutions. Responsibilities include participating in assessments and reviews of business and control functions, as well as ongoing monitoring and analysis of these institutions, with a focus on capital strength and emerging risks.

The role involves interaction with senior management and key stakeholders at the institutions, collaboration with OSFI’s risk specialists, and participation in various projects as required.
