Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve strategies across core IT capabilities and products.
  • Champion a product mindset and measurable value delivery.
  • Align portfolio products with strategic value streams: infrastructure, security, compliance, and technical currency.
  • Lead intake, prioritization, and funding processes for IT initiatives.
  • Drive quarterly planning and cross-team coordination to optimize delivery flow.
  • Support financial planning, budget tracking, and ROI analysis in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Promote agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across U.S. IT.
  • Enhance transparency through dashboards, reporting, and governance forums.
  • Serve as liaison across IT, engineering, architecture, Corporate Technology, and leadership.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate cross-functional evaluation of initiatives for innovation, risk, and strategic fit.
