Job description

Commencing Date : As soon as practicable

Tenure : Part-Time Fixed- Term- 2 days per week until end of school year

Salary Range : $53.71 - $78.64 per hour pending experience

Closing Date : Monday 14 July 2025 unless filled prior

About the role

St Peters Catholic School Halifax is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher. The position is part-time fixed- term completing 12 hours - per week. This position will commence as soon as practicable . The role will will provide support for non-contact time for two days per week.

Mandatory Criteria / Professional Registration / Other

  • Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
