Primary Classroom Lead Educator

Experience & Qualifications:

• Have an active personal relationship with Christ
• Possess strong pedagogy
• Possess passion and experience in working with primary-aged children in a classroom setting
• Be familiar with teaching Language Arts, with a focus on phonics and reading
• Possess a strong foundation in primary mathematics
• Develop and apply differentiated teaching methods
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Be comfortable integrating 21st-century technology and skills into curriculum, and
• Embrace a team mentality and collaborate well with coworkers

Other beneficial professional qualities include educational competencies in at least one of:French, ESL, physical education, technology literacy, or reading specializations

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education or ACSI Teaching Certificate (minimum)
