Your contributions will be essential in providing top-tier primary care, managing occupational health needs, addressing minor traumas, promoting health and wellness, and preventing diseases and injuries. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients with acute and chronic health conditions, including referral to other healthcare providers when warranted.
• Deliver occupational health services such as, but not limited to:
• Referral of patients for participation in programs for the use of indicated personal protective devices – hearing conservation, respiratory protection program.
• Communicate with Senior Medical Authority on relevant clinical matters such as CF Spectrum of Care, complex patients requiring multidisciplinary intervention, and individual operational readiness.
• Maintain patient medical information in Electronic Health Record and patient health records.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Certification in Family Medicine with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP)
• Basic Life Support for Health Providers or CPR/AED Level C

Additional Requirements

• You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
