Alberta Health Services is seeking a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) for the Slave Lake EMS unit. The role involves assessing emergencies, transporting patients, and leading BLS teams in critical care settings.

Formación

• Non-restricted ACOP PCP registration in good standing.
• Current BCLS CPR certification.
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence with a current five-year driving abstract.
• F.A.R.E. test completed no more than six months prior to offer.
• Must be able to perform full operational duties starting date.

Responsabilidades

• Assess emergency scenes and patients and transport when required.
• Operate ambulances or non-emergency transport units as needed.
• Lead BLS crew in delivering clinical care during transport or scenes.
• Ensure ambulances and transport vehicles are stocked and equipped per standards.
