Now, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and make a difference.
Imagine a schedule that gives you true work-life balance: choose from fly-in/fly-out rotations of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 3 weeks on/3 weeks off. That means you’ll work only half the year—while earning a full year’s pay.
Leave the stress behind—we’ve got your essentials covered. From comfortable accommodations to delicious meals, everything is taken care of while you’re on-site with us.

As a Cross-Trained Primary Care Paramedic/Firefighter, you play a dual role in safeguarding health and safety on-site—delivering emergency medical care and supporting fire and rescue operations under the direction of Fire Officers and the on-duty Nurse Practitioner. This position combines hands-on emergency response with proactive duties such as training, mentoring, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety protocols. You’ll assist with patient care during peak times, perform inspections, participate in drills, and maintain readiness for any situation. With a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and continuous skill development, you ensure rapid, effective response to both medical and fire emergencies while representing International SOS and the client with integrity.
