Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu is seeking a permanent, full-time Sales Pricing Supervisor to lead a team of 3–5 in Ville Saint-Laurent. You will supervise pricing operations, analyze data, and support strategic decisions to optimize profitability while keeping the company competitive.

The role reports to the Director of Pricing Management and Data Analysis and emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Traffic teams. Bilingual FR/EN required.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in sales pricing.
• Two to three years of experience managing employees.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, leadership and autonomy.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the pricing team and contribute to employee training and development.
• Support the Director in managing pricing operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Product Managers, and the Traffic Department to establish sales prices, margins, and gross profit levels.
• Exercise sound judgment when resolving problems, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of sales analyses that support management decision-making.
• Participate in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data to prepare presentations and recommendations for management.
• Review sales and margin reports to maintain and improve profitability while remaining competitive.
