Weare seeking a driven Pricing Program Manager or Consultantto lead strategic pricing initiatives that will directly impact RFNOW’s revenue
growth and average revenue per user (ARPU). This individual will drivecross-sell and upsell campaigns, develop promotional pricing strategies,
andalign with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing performance acrossinternet, TV, and phone service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
·Conductpricing analysis for TV standalone and bundled offerings to drive marketpenetration.
·Performcompetitive pricing analysis and maintain a competitive pricing structureacross services.
·Leadand execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns to deepen customer productadoption.
·DevelopARPU forecasts and monitor promotional lifecycle through a structured pricingcalendar.
·Segmentthe customer base to identify renewal opportunities and minimize churn.
·Collaboratewith the Pricing Council and internal stakeholders to align and execute onpricing strategies.
·Deliverregular updates to the Executive team and facilitate open communication on keypricing initiatives.
·Coordinateprice changes across departments including billing, sales, marketing, andcustomer service.
·Trackand report on key pricing activities, results, and status.
·Supportclosed-loop feedback systems to strengthen customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor'sdegree or College diploma in Business Administration or related field.
·2–4years of experience in pricing, revenue optimization, or competitive analysis.
·Stronganalytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including ROI modeling.
·Telecomindustry experience is an asset.
·Excellentcommunication, organizational, and project management skills.
·Abilityto work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
·Resilience,grit, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
·Experienceworking in a growth-oriented or private equity environment is an asset.
·Agrowth mindset and comfort with change and innovation.
