An excellent opportunity exists to join our dynamic growing company as a Pricing Coordinator on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing all supporting documents arriving from fund accountants for accuracy, entering prices provided into system on a timely basis and with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the distribution of pricing information to various parties, and providing back-up support for the team.

Role Responsibilities

• Ability to work Monday to Friday 4 : 30 p.m. to 8 : 30 p.m.
• Must be flexible to work on Canadian and US Holidays
• Must be flexible to work more hours during peak accounting cycles such as Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end
• Review all supporting documents from fund accounting to ensure accuracy and precision
• Data entry - entering prices into system in a timely manner
• Ensure the distribution of pricing data is distributed accordingly
• Provide back up support accordingly

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to work Monday to Friday 4 : 30 p.m. to 8 : 30 p.m. Must be flexible to work on holidays and overtime

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of the mutual fund industry and the administrative back-office

Relationship builder – constructs, maintains, nourishes relationships with all stakeholders and creates an environment to sustain high motivation within team

Ability to multi-task – adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ongoing change

Takes a logical approach to analyzing problems. Systematically researches information and explores alternatives to solve problems

Strong organizational skills

Prioritization – ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities within specified timeframes

Proactive in acquiring information to develop new skills to improve job performance. Grasps new material quickly and easily, and applies new information, concepts and procedures in a constructive manner

Important Requirements

Experience with MS Office applications. Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Beneficial
