Become an essential contributor to our Pricing team as an Analyst! We are seeking a sharp analytical thinker with robust quantitative skills and a passion for transforming data into valuable business insights. If you are eager to make a significant impact on the business through data-driven analysis, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do :
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Pricing Strategy on key pricing initiatives across the organization and establish strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
  2. Conduct comprehensive data analysis: Retrieve, consolidate, analyze, and summarize large datasets from the data warehouse to identify key trends and provide actionable insights for pricing decisions and performance optimization.
  3. Support strategic pricing initiatives: Provide analytical and technical support for setting list prices, determining customer-specific discounts, and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies.
  4. Executive Pricing Insights: Craft and own the executive pricing performance narrative, providing clear data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  5. Field Sales Support: Provide subject matter expertise to sales teams on pricing strategy and deal support.
  6. Ad hoc pricing support: Provide insightful data analysis for ad hoc analytical needs from sales, finance, product, and services teams.
  7. Continual Pricing Improvement: Design and deploy data-driven tools to guide pricing improvement programs and track financial impact.
Experience you bring :
  1. Solid analytical and financial modeling skills with proven experience in both Excel / GSheets and cloud-based analytical and visualization tools (PowerBI / Tableau).
  2. 2 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within pricing, finance, product, or marketing.
  3. Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses using SQL.
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  5. Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and understanding of CPQ systems.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
  7. High-growth SaaS / Software experience.
Bonus points if you have :
  1. Prior experience in private equity or public SaaS companies.
  2. Ability to develop and present effective executive-level communications.
  3. Experience in pricing consulting or finance.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C., ranges between CAD [amount] annually, plus applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
