Canadian Tire has a full-time Pricing Analyst, Governance & Insights position open in Toronto, ON, with a target annual salary between $55,000 and $65,000 CAD. The role is cross-functional and visible across the organization.

Day to day, you'll build relationships with category business managers, analyze pricing data to surface trends and risks, and translate those findings into recommendations that affect category profitability and customer price perception.

About the Role: Pricing Analyst, Governance & Insights

This position sits at the intersection of pricing governance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work independently alongside Merchandising partners to interpret category, brand, and vendor strategies and understand how they affect price.

You'll also have responsibility for SOPs and documentation, maintaining and evolving standard operating procedures for reporting, insights, and cross-functional handoffs. Keeping these processes accurate and scalable is a direct part of the job.

On the technical side, you'll develop Power BI and KNIME capabilities to support dashboards, reporting refreshes, and workflow improvements. This includes low-complexity automation opportunities as your skills grow.

Benefits and Salary

The target salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 CAD per year. Actual salary depends on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, market location, industry benchmarks, and internal equity.
