The Headlines :

Numbers, prices, tax structures, and analysis are in your DNA, and you are not afraid to pick up the phone and ask questions. As a Pricing Execution Analyst in Revenue Management for Ontario and West, you will be part of the Revenue Management team, facilitating revenue and profit maximization through fact-based analysis supporting price, promotions, trade terms, and portfolio management by channel. Price / Revenue Management is a strategic lever supporting our competitive efforts in the Canadian market.

This role supports our WEST / Ontario team by providing price strategy, competitive price analysis, and promotional effectiveness expertise. You will serve as a key liaison with regional Pricing teams, Sales, and Brand Marketing.

This position reports to the Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager – Ontario and West and collaborates closely with sales, finance, channel marketing, and category solutions teams to develop holistic recommendations.

Main Deliverables :
  • Ownership of pricing meetings for Ontario, including:
  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies for all strategic brands, including global shared services.
  • Managing relationships with liquor boards to ensure price accuracy and process adjustments.
  • Providing leadership and insights by interpreting market data to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Utilizing pricing tools to support category, portfolio, and brand strategies.
  • Managing the price data warehouse and performance scorecards.
  • Supporting consumer pricing research and regional pricing requests.
  • Managing price and discount submissions to external administrators.
Supporting Promotional Strategy :
  • Developing promotional guidelines using effectiveness tools.
  • Assisting sales in improving promotional effectiveness through analysis and modeling.
  • Collaborating with IT to define system requirements for pricing tools.
Other Qualifications :
  • Enjoys tackling complex projects and challenges.
  • Confident, professional, with excellent judgment and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering results and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence, or strategy.
  • Proficient in Excel and other analysis tools, with a curiosity for efficiency improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Criminal background check may be required as part of recruitment.

Pay and Benefits :

Salary range: $67,700 - $88,800, plus 10% incentive, and approximately $11,000 in benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness incentives, and paid time off. Compensation is based on various factors including experience, location, and internal equity.
