Job summary

IRIS Aylmer is looking for a dynamic team member to join our vision care clinic, combining clinical support, technology, and patient-centered sales.

In this permanent full-time role, you will welcome patients, assist with pre-testing, help them choose eyeglasses and lens options, and work closely with the optometry team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience in medical or optical field is asset.
• Previous clinic experience is asset.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated team member who will contribute both to the clinical patient experience and to guiding patients in selecting the visual products best suited to their needs.

Your Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Welcome patients with professionalism and courtesy;
• Perform pre-testing procedures prior to eye examinations;
• Prepare patient files and records;
• Ensure the smooth flow of appointments;
• Collaborate closely with optometrists and the clinical team.

Sales and Patient Care Duties

• Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames;
• Present various lens options and lens treatments;
• Answer patient and customer questions;
• Contribute to achieving clinic goals and objectives;
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.

Requirements
