As the Prestige Engagement Specialist, you are well-connected within the Vancouver bartending and Luxury/Prestige scene and have a proven track record of building brands in this trend-leading space. You will build a high affinity for our luxury brands in key outlets and groups. You have established excellent relationships with key influencers in the industry and beyond, and you know the best places to go. You will become the first point of contact to learn more about upcoming trends or in-depth knowledge about spirits and the industry. Engage with decision-makers of the On-Trade and Off-Trade network to ensure the perfect execution in our outlet universe.

Role Responsibilities
  • Build out of budgets and rolling activation plans for our luxury customers with a focus on our Ultra Prestige/Premium+ portfolio.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Project manage the implementation of all luxury activations and the key platforms within your customer alignment.
  • Plan and implement suitable shopper marketing activities that make our Ultra Prestige/Premium+ portfolio show up admirably to customers and consumers.
  • Develop a Key Customer contact list for private/high net worth groups, building relationships that support in the marketing of our Ultra Prestige/Premium+ portfolio.
  • Ensure Executional Excellence of all our brands, ensuring the quality of our tools support an exception level in our activations for our Ultra Prestige/Premium+ portfolio.
  • Orchestrate all aspects of the commercial activation with rigorous attention to detail (agency briefing, metric setting, material development, field sales briefing).
  • Build and efficiently manage the budgets for our luxury customer lists and activations.
  • Analyze category data to identify opportunities to leverage our Ultra Prestige portfolio and drive revenue.
  • Facilitate the execution of all event sponsorships; POS and event set up, product ordering, hiring of promotional reps and ensure activations are debriefed to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop a monthly Luxury trend report (newsletter) to be utilized by the Commercial team.
  • Utilize the commercial CRM tool - AForza.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Post-secondary degree or diploma, Business or Commerce preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years previously related sales experience.
  • Track Record – Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in developing innovative strategies, fact-based selling and delivering results.
  • Ability to develop partnerships/sponsorships with a strong understanding of the luxury goods market and events.
  • Must be detailed oriented, and analytical.
  • Travel – Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
