Job summary

CFT Recycling in Stittsville is seeking an Evening Pressure Washer on a one-month contract with potential extension. You will clean trucks, trailers and heavy equipment, following safety procedures and keeping the wash truck organized.

The role requires night hours and independent work in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pressure washing experience is an asset.
• Ability to work evenings and nights (4:00 PM–12:30 AM).
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently in a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures.
• Keep the wash truck clean and organized.
• Complete all tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Report any damage or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Assist with general yard cleanliness as required.
• Maintain a daily log of units cleaned and submit to Maintenance Co-ordinator.

Position Overview:

CFT Group is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Evening Pressure Washer to join our team in Stittsville. This is a one-month contract position with the potential of extension. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean equipment, and works well independently. You’ll be responsible for ensuring trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next day’s operations.

The wage for this position is $30 per hour.

Position Overview:

• Pressure wash trucks, trailers, and other heavy equipment
• Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash truck
• Ensure all work is completed within the scheduled shift
• Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or issues to supervisors
• Support general yard cleanliness as needed
• Keep a log of all units cleaned daily and submit to Maintenance Co-ordinator daily

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a pressure washer is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM until 12:30 AM, with possible weekend work available
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
