Randstad Canada is seeking a Press Line Operator for our Elora, ON site. The role is full-time, temp-to-perm, with a rotating 12-hour continental schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM), including weekends, near Guelph and Kitchener-Waterloo.
You will load, run, and unload compression presses, perform ISO 9001 quality checks, trim and label finished parts, and prepare materials while maintaining safety and clean workspaces. Comprehensive benefits apply after conversion.

Pay Rate: Starts at $23.50/hr + generous shift premiums
Shift: Rotating 2-week continental schedule (12-hr days/nights, including weekends)
