Overview

Lankin Investments, in partnership with WP Osborne Executive Search, is seeking a transformative President to lead its property management organization. This newly created position is a direct result of rapid growth and future expansion plans. Reporting to the COO and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the President will have full operational P&L accountability and be entrusted with shaping the next chapter of our property management business.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the COO, helping to execute on enterprise-wide priorities and investment strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration between property management and asset management to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Translate asset-level objectives into property-level action plans that drive tenant satisfaction, NOI growth, and long-term value.
Technology, Process Design & Scalability
  • Architect scalable systems and workflows by implementing leading property management processes, practices, technologies and automation tools.
  • Lead process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
  • Refine and develop KPIs and reporting structures to drive data-informed decisions and accountability.
Operational Excellence & Execution
  • Lead all aspects of property management, including operations, leasing, building maintenance, capital projects, and administration.
  • Build and drive consistent execution of superior property management practices, policies, and service standards.
  • Proactively solve operational issues—leveraging both on-the-ground insight and cross-functional collaboration.
Organizational Development & Leadership
  • Evolve the current organizational structure to support continued growth and complexity, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and communication flows.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of employees.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, ownership-oriented culture built on transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial Performance & Stakeholder Reporting
  • Own the operational P&L and collaborate closely with asset management, finance and investments.
  • Deliver regular financial and operational performance updates to Asset Management, the COO and Executive Team.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance profitability, reduce expenses, and improve asset performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in asset management, property management, real estate operations, or adjacent industries. They bring a proven track record of scaling businesses, operational excellence, with the ability to design, implement, and continuously improve high-performing teams, processes and systems. This individual has strong P&L ownership experience and can effectively align operational goals with financial outcomes. They have demonstrated success in building and leading large teams in dynamic, growth-oriented environments, with expertise in property management practices, capital planning, and facilities operations. A strong understanding of asset management principles and the ability to translate investment strategy into operational execution is essential. The candidate is also experienced in implementing technology solutions and driving transformation to support scalability and efficiency. An MBA or professional designation is considered a strong asset.
