Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

  1. High-school Diploma or GED required
  2. CDA, AA or BA in Elementary Education or related field, preferred
  3. 2 years previous experience working with similar age group
  4. Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop and smartphone.
  5. Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
  6. Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
  7. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
