Human Resource Business Partner of Envision Energy

1. Responsible for the wind turbine sales business solution work in overseas markets, build a relationship platform for communication with various customers, and complete the sales-related performance indicators issued by the company through collaborative operations with customer lines;

2. According to customer needs and product capabilities, help customers plan technical solutions and provide customers with full life cycle solutions;

3. Targetedly communicate with specific customers on specific projects for solution technology and business, demonstrate solution advantages, and guide customer decision-making;

4. Through the effective transmission of customer voices, pull the company's internal resources to enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction;

5. Prepare bidding documents, participate in project contract negotiations, and ensure that sales projects can be carried out in compliance;

6. Combine business needs to build relevant mechanisms and team capabilities, assist the business team to better pull internal resources, and assist in achieving annual core business goals

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 5 years of experience in market solutions or product development;

3. Strong English expression skills, able to independently undertake technical communication work with overseas customers;

4. Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills; strong customer awareness and overall thinking; good sense of responsibility and stress resistance;

5. Deep understanding of the new energy industry, familiar with industry rules, and mastery of relevant technologies and solutions.
