We are looking for a Presales Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow technology.

Join our dynamic presales team as a Presales Solution Architect, where you will be a key technical leader and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will leverage your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to understand complex customer challenges, design innovative solutions, and articulate the technical and business value of our offerings to senior technical and business stakeholders. Working closely with Services Sales Executives and Domain Specialists, you will shape winning strategies and ensure proposed solutions align with customer enterprise architecture and drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior technical lead in strategic presales engagements, partnering with sales teams to understand customer needs and lead discovery sessions.
• Design scalable, integrated ServiceNow solutions across multiple workflows, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Contribute to technical proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SoWs), ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Stay up to date on ServiceNow advancements and industry trends, including AI / ML, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Mentor presales team members and support knowledge sharing on architectural and technical topics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software, with strong experience designing complex solutions for large clients.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, modules, and workflows, plus a solid understanding of enterprise architecture and integration technologies.
• Skilled in engaging senior technical leaders, responding to RFPs / RFIs, and contributing to solution scoping and SoW creation.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and company events.

Desired Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications in specific product areas (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related architectural considerations.
• Understanding of ITIL or other relevant frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience in specific industries relevant to the role (Financial Services, Public Sector, Healthcare).
