Nature & Scope:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build lasting relationships, aiming to develop customers for life.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Displaying a “customer comes first” attitude to build and maintain customer loyalty.
2. Resolving customer issues effectively, efficiently, and positively at store level.
3. Being a team player and contributing to the store’s success.
4. Performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
5. Staying current on our product and service updates.
6. Ensuring the store is visually appealing in line with company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, maintenance, and visual displays.
7. Adhering to all Loss Prevention policies as per guidelines.

Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent presentation skills suitable for a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
