Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Obtains daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepares items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
  • Completes and follows daily worksheets and waste logs. Tastes meals for quality.
  • Operates and cleans equipment after use.
  • Stores, labels, and dates food items following policy and HACCP guidelines.
  • Completes required documentation and reports.
  • Follows health and sanitation regulations.
  • Takes customer orders and prepares quick-serve items.
  • Serves customers efficiently and friendly.
  • Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
  • Resolves customer concerns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
