National on 10th is looking for prep cooks to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis. If you're eager to gain kitchen experience in a professional environment, this is a great opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Maintain a clean and organized stock of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Sort, load, and unload dishware efficiently to maximize capacity and minimize breakage.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
  • Communicate effectively with all kitchen departments.
  • Assist in ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Keep the dishwashing area clean and sanitized.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Support department goals and suggest improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed and communicate courteously with staff.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Preferred but not required: at least 1 year of experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay professional under stress.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • WHMIS and Food Safe Certifications.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be over 18 and available for open scheduling.
