Job description

Your daily pursuit is preparing flavorful dishes that fuel our guests' adventures, using fresh, local ingredients to bring a taste of the region to every plate.

What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this role is $18.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

  • Prep ingredients for high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
  • Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
  • Assist as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
  • Maintain effective communication with service staff, front of house management, and culinary management team
  • Assist other team members where necessary
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • 1-2 year culinary experience preferred
  • Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
  • Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning& sanitizingstandards
  • Organized with a greateye for detail
  • Calm demeanor with problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to anticipate, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks at once
