Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a detail-oriented Prep Cook at Providence University College in Otterburne, MB. You will support meal preparation for students and staff, ensuring timely, high-quality food production and strict kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities include ingredient prep, following recipes, operating ovens and mixers, rotating stock, and assisting catered events. Strong English skills and physical stamina are required; weekends and holidays may be involved.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food Handler's Certificate required.
  • Culinary training or coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience in food service or commercial kitchen preferred.
  • Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knife skills.

  • Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Description
