Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC in Edmonton, Canada invites experienced Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will set up and stock prep stations, follow recipes, maintain portion control, and keep the area clean and sanitary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least the minimum legal working age.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 45 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and stocking prep and line stations.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Prepping items according to recipes, quantity calls, and specification while maintaining portion control systems.
• Inspecting food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
