As a Prep Cook, you are responsible for the initial steps in preparing nearly every item on our menu. You will work with high-quality, locally sourced, fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, helping to create memorable dishes for our guests.

Compensation

Pay range: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour (dependent on experience). Tip pool included.

Requirements
  • Previous experience preparing food
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Food Safe Level 1 accreditation preferred
  • Must have daytime availability
