Job summary

Brodie Rec Leagues is seeking a League Manager to lead on-site game night operations and ensure an exceptional athlete experience at assigned Brodie League locations. You will oversee staff readiness, game flow, and issue resolution to maintain Brodie standards week after week.

You will anticipate issues, manage schedules and events, and coordinate payroll for game-night staff, while partnering with the District Manager to ensure seamless league performance and growth of the Brodie brand.

Qualifications

• Must have: strong leadership with gym presence, athlete-focused service, highly organized and detail-oriented, calm under pressure, reliable and accountable, able to use digital tools and scorekeeping systems, evenings/weekends availability, fast and clear communication, transport to events, self-employed with tax/HST obligations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an airtight season schedule across divisions, gyms and time slots.
• Own team placement, division balancing, and onboarding captains.
• Run game nights to a premium standard with proper refs and setup.
• Manage standings, stats, and weekly results accurately.
• Execute playoffs and championship events.
• Review and approve payroll for game-night staff weekly.
