Relevant Work You Will Contribute To

As a Senior SAP Implementation Director, you will be part of a team of professionals capable of solving complex problems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assuming responsibility for solution strategies and project execution as the SAP implementation lead.
  • Leveraging your sector knowledge, emerging technologies, and best practices to advise clients in asset-intensive sectors (utilities, energy, mining, manufacturing) on SAP S/4 modernization.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior IT executives and establishing relationships to ensure high-level buy-in.
  • Leading the management of SAP S/4 implementation solutions for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new service opportunities, and managing project resources, budgets, billing, and collections.
  • Managing teams to establish a vision, motivate members, build trust, foster diversity of thought, coach staff, and promote innovation.
  • Evaluating complex application ecosystems and architectures, developing roadmaps aligned with business goals, and integrating business models with technical architectures for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Possessing strategic planning experience and strong communication skills to present compelling proposals to clients, internal teams, and executives, including presentations, marketing materials, change management plans, workshops, white papers, and policies.

Experience and Skills You Will Use to Solve Problems

  • Extensive experience leading large SAP programs that deliver operational results.
  • Proven expertise in designing modular, robust SAP integration strategies within hybrid IT environments.
  • Successful implementation experience with SAP solutions, including at least two full local and cloud-based SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP application architecture, governance standards, and related models/scenarios for on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Commitment to diversity, development, and coaching of diverse teams, appreciating different perspectives.
  • Candidates proficient in French must also have full professional proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with English-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
