Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications and production documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and warehouse/production systems.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment and machinery per work orders and schedules.
• Assembles products and components meeting quality standards.
• Performs quality inspections and addresses deficiencies as required.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment/process issues and escalates when needed.
• Performs routine cleaning, preventive maintenance and housekeeping.
• Supports packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment.
