Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape AI training through governance of genomic and clinical datasets. This fully remote hourly contract lets you design data pipelines and steer analytics for AI-driven insights.

You will collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineers, ensure data quality and regulatory alignment, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations across scientific and business stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience with large-scale healthcare/genomic datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
• Strong data integration and governance skills.
• Experience working across clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other life sciences data into unified analytics platforms.
• Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data — assessing accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, meaningful insights for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
• Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold data and AI outputs to a high standard
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or FDA guidelines for healthcare data
• Experience contributing to precision medicine initiatives, clinical trials, or genomic research programs
